After many years working in care, we set up Harmony at Home because we saw every day what a difference it makes when people are cared for by someone who knows them as a person, not a name on a list.

Hello, we're Harmony at Home
Before starting Harmony at Home, we spent many years working in care for the elderly. It taught us something no training course could: the care that makes the biggest difference isn't always the kind you can write on a care plan. It's a familiar face at the door, an unhurried chat, and someone who knows how you take your tea.
We saw how people relaxed and brightened when they were looked after by someone they knew, and how unsettling it was when every shift brought a stranger. Harmony at Home is our way of bringing that familiar, personal care to people in their own homes, here in Wrexham and East Flintshire.
